Corporate Training Program
Texas Fit teams up with companies to promote a healthy lifestyle in the workplace. Our fitness programs will create both a positive and progressive atmosphere that benefits and inspires hardworking individuals. Professional trainers will come to your facility weekly, anytime from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm. Classes can be available outdoors and/or indoors depending on your facility and preference.

Bootcamps
Workouts consist of functional strength training, plyometric and body weight exercises, endurance training and a whole lot more! Training is varied, so your body is always challenged.
If you’re looking for the optimal mix of strength training, conditioning, toning and cardio, Boot Camp workouts are the answer!
Kickboxing
Kickboxing + Boxing is a fast-paced workout delivering combinations of jabs, crosses, uppercuts, kicks, elbows and a flurry of other techniques. No two classes are the same. Routines vary consisting of strength and endurance training, and conditioning to ensure your hard work is rewarded with results.
Yoga
The whole system of Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. The exercises of Yoga are designed to put pressure on the glandular systems of the body, thereby increasing its efficiency and health.
Mat Pilates
The Pilates “method,” as it is now known, is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness, without necessarily building bulk.
